These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users who access, browse, register, or transact on the pk 999 platform, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by pk 999. By creating an account on pk999.plus, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

pk 999 provides online gaming services including but not limited to live casino games, sports and esports betting, poker, fishing games, and promotional bonuses, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with pk 999 as a player and user of the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the pk 999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk 999. In cases of conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

pk 999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to registered accounts and by publishing the revised Terms at pk999.plus/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the pk 999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk 999 does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity. pk 999 may at any time request age verification documentation and will suspend any account where underage play is suspected until verification is complete.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pk 999 complies with applicable local law.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal recreational use.

• You must not have been previously self-excluded, permanently banned, or had an account closed by pk 999 for a policy violation. Attempting to register a new account after a ban is a breach of these Terms.
• You must be capable of entering legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

pk 999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, driver's licence) at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals withheld pending successful verification. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and applies to all accounts on the platform.

Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on pk 999. Operating multiple accounts (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering at pk 999. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your accurate date of birth. Any discrepancy between the information you provide and your verification documents may result in withdrawal holds or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk 999 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk 999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. You must notify pk 999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. pk 999 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

pk 999 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above minimum thresholds or where risk indicators are detected. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill, and bank account or mobile wallet confirmation. Accounts that complete KYC benefit from faster withdrawal processing and higher limits as part of the pk 999 VIP Club programme.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pk 999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. pk 999 does not accept payments from third parties — you may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.

The minimum deposit at pk 999 is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal limits vary by account tier. VIP Club members benefit from progressively higher withdrawal limits at Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers. pk 999 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for verified accounts during business hours. VIP Club members receive priority processing. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is outstanding, if the withdrawal triggers an anti-fraud review, or if there is a pending wagering requirement attached to any active bonus. pk 999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. Where your original deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain card issuers), pk 999 will request alternative verified account details from you.

An account is considered dormant after 90 consecutive days of no login activity. pk 999 may apply a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied. Logging into your account resets the dormancy clock immediately.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers at pk 999 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports/esports betting). These specific terms are published on each individual promotion's page. In any conflict between the general terms here and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

Most bonuses at pk 999 carry a wagering requirement — the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific offer) before the resulting balance can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are calculated on real-money wagers placed after the bonus has been credited. Wagering on excluded games does not count toward the requirement. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on your pk 999 account at any time. You cannot stack multiple welcome offers or claim the same recurring offer multiple times within the same eligibility period. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in all bonus balances being voided.

pk 999 actively monitors for patterns of behaviour that indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet pairing across pk 999 accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional offers without genuine gaming engagement, coordination with other accounts to complete wagering requirements artificially, and the use of automated software to place wagers. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk 999 reserves the right to void bonus balances, withhold any winnings derived from abusive use, and close the account in question.

VIP Club tier benefits including cashback, account manager access, and withdrawal limit increases are governed by the VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page. VIP tier status is subject to annual review based on 12-month wagering activity. pk 999 reserves the right to amend VIP Club benefits with 30 days' advance notice to affected members.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games at pk 999 that are not live dealer games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including pk 999 staff.

Live casino games are operated by professional third-party live gaming studios. pk 999 acts as the account management and payment layer — the games themselves are dealt by human dealers in licensed studios. Any dispute relating to live casino game outcomes must be raised with pk 999 support within 24 hours of the disputed hand or round. pk 999 will investigate using studio-provided video footage and game logs.

All sports and esports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each market type. These rules cover scenarios including match abandonment, void bets, late score changes, and early settlement. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed at a stated odds, that odds is locked in regardless of subsequent market movement.

Poker at pk 999 is played against other real human players. The platform facilitates the game and collects a rake from cash game pots and a fee from tournament buy-ins as its revenue. Collusion between players, use of poker bots or decision-assistance software, ghosting (receiving live advice during a hand from a third party), and chip dumping are all strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

pk 999 is not responsible for player losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end. The platform implements reasonable disconnection protection in poker and live games. Where a verified pk 999 platform outage caused a player loss, the matter will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the pk 999 disputes team.

Responsible Gaming

pk 999 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are available at no charge to all registered players and can be activated at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session lengths after which you will be automatically logged out of pk 999.
• Reality Checks: Configure regular reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net position in the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily close your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or bet on pk 999.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently self-exclude your account. This cannot be reversed and pk 999 will not accept any new registration from a self-excluded individual.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk 999. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on pk 999, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any competitive game format.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing to transfer chips to another player's account.
• Using pk 999 for any money laundering, financial fraud, or proceeds of crime activity.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in pk 999's platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void and must be returned.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing pk 999 customer support staff or other players in any chat or communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to pk 999 during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or access pk 999 from a jurisdiction where it is explicitly restricted.
• Charging back deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

pk 999 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, pk 999 reserves the right to report the behaviour to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities as required.

Intellectual Property

All content on pk999.plus — including but not limited to the pk 999 name and logo, graphic design elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, and technical platform architecture — is the intellectual property of pk 999 or is used by pk 999 under licence from third parties. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, display, or create derivative works from any pk 999 content without prior written authorisation from pk 999.

Third-party game content available on the pk 999 platform (including live casino game streams and esports content) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and rights holders. Your access to these games through pk 999 is a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for entertainment purposes only.

Privacy & Data Use

pk 999 collects, stores, and processes personal data as described in the pk 999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this overall agreement. By registering at pk 999, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

In summary, pk 999 uses your personal data to: operate and maintain your account; process deposits and withdrawals; comply with KYC and anti-money laundering requirements; deliver customer support; enforce these Terms; and communicate relevant promotional offers (which you may opt out of at any time). pk 999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your financial transaction data is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Access to player financial data within pk 999 is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis and is subject to internal access controls and logging.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk 999's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days preceding the relevant claim.

pk 999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses including but not limited to: loss of profits from gaming; loss of data; loss of business opportunity; or any losses arising from reliance on information provided on pk999.plus outside of confirmed bet settlements.

pk 999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond pk 999's reasonable control (including internet service provider outages and force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. pk 999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the platform and by email to registered accounts.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk 999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

pk 999 reserves the right to suspend any account — temporarily or permanently — without advance notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: identity fraud; money laundering; breach of these Terms; bonus abuse; collusion; use of automated software; or any other conduct that pk 999 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. During suspension, withdrawals will be held pending investigation.

You may close your pk 999 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closures are typically processed within 5 business days.

Closure of your pk 999 account does not extinguish any obligations you may have under these Terms that arose prior to closure — including liability for any outstanding amounts owed to pk 999 resulting from fraudulent chargebacks or terms violations. pk 999 retains the right to pursue such obligations through appropriate legal means.

Changes to These Terms

pk 999 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk 999 will notify registered players by email to the address on file, and the updated Terms will be published at pk999.plus/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. If you continue to use the pk 999 platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using pk 999 and contact support to close your account. Your real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following account closure processing.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter your rights, or updates to contact information — may be made without notification. Only material changes to player rights or obligations trigger the notification process described above.
